Do you deliver and setup?
Yes! Let’s Party’s courteous drivers will deliver and set up each Fun Jump/equipment to insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party/event starts and come back to take it down after the party/event is over. Set up normally takes about 10 – 15 minutes, and take down is about 15 – 20 minutes. (that is for the basic bounce house) set-up time varies depending on size and complexity of items rented.
Where does Let’s Party deliver to? And is there a delivery fee?
Let’s Party delivers to the following cities, (please note that delivery fees may apply and are calculated upon number of items rented, number of delivery vehicle’s, etc. Please call with your zip code and items to get a more accurate quote. Delivery fees are usually calculated after rental items are established.)

What kind of power is required?
Let’s Party basic equipment will plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing and that the customer agrees to not use any splitters, or add other cords to our power cord or the outlet we are using, doing this will add strain on the motor and may cause the motor to quite, causing the inflatable to collapse at a very fast rate, also if we are called to come back due to a motor quitting there will be a $35.00 service fee. Placement of the Let‘s Party equipment should be no more than 50 ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up equipment at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 50 ft, let us know and we can arrange to rent you a generator for an addition charge
Can your jumpers be rented overnight?
Yes! Let’s Party items (certain items) can be rented for extended periods of time or over night as long as it is set up in a gated secure area or inside depending on the items.. There will be an extra charge. Please call for pricing.
What type of surface can your jumpers be set on?
The safest surface is a level, grassy area. However we can set up on concrete, or asphalt, (we are unable to set-up on sand or on decks). Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for the event.
How do I reserve my jumper?

Do you do large or corporate events?
Yes We Do.. We do many large Company, Corporate, Festivals, and Events alike, of all sizes. No Job is to small or to big. Please give us a call and we can create a package for your specific event.
Are you insured?
Yes. All of our Let’s Party rental items are all insured. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent Let’s Party rental items are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. Contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up the Let’s Party rental items/until the liability waiver is signed.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes. Let’s Party rental items are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations or permits in order to have a Let’s Party Jump at the park. Also check to see if electricity will be available. If not we can arrange to rent you a generator for an extra fee.
DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY
CAPI/LP requires a 50% deposit on all contracts, to be paid at time of signing contract. Please note that contracts are not guaranteed until deposits are received in CAPI/LP office. The balance due, is due the day of the event before set-up can begin, please note that if the driver has not received payment, they will, unfortunately not be able to set-up for your event.
The only exception to this Balance Due policy is if prior arrangements have been made in writing, & agreed upon between both parties and has been done 7 days prior to event date.
Any event scheduled 7 days or less is to be paid in full at time on reservation.
Ultimately any changes to the contract must be done 2 weeks prior to event date and only if available & agreed upon by both parties.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY **NOT DUE TO WEATHER**
CAPI/LP will issue a deposit refund in the full amount if the event is cancelled in writing 30 days prior to event. **some contracts will not apply** If cancelled 29 -14 days, you will be issued a rain check less 10% , that will be good for 6 month from event date to use on future rentals, in lieu of deposit refunds and is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
If cancelled less than 13 day’s prior to event date you will forfeit all monies/deposits.
Unfortunately CAPI/LP can not waiver from this policy.
***PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SPECIAL NEEDS THAT WERE MADE FOR THE CONTRACT; I.E. INSURANCE CERTIFICATES, OUTSIDE SOURCING OR OTHER RELATED ITEMS SPECIFIC TO YOUR CONTRACT THAT WERE DONE IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR ISSUED AS A CREDIT****
What about rain and wind?
Here at Let’s Party we use common sense when it comes to weather. if it is raining too hard or if the wind is blowing too hard we will have to come and take down the activity. Once the unit is set up there are NO REFUNDS due to mother nature.
INCLEMENT WEATHER /RAIN CANCELLATION POLICY
Safety is the first and foremost concern for our customers in the use of any equipment provided by CAPI/LP and will always be subject to safe weather conditions. We will do our utmost best to accommodate our customers in the time of questionable weather. Ultimately we are unable to accept cancellations and/or changes due to slight weather. Although CAPI/LP will try to accommodate last minute changes, during these inclement weather times, we deliver throughout the state of California are not always able to reschedule the delivery for “last minute changes”
Or “lets just wait and see” circumstances.
Management of CAPI/LP will retain sole discretion to determine all final weather related cancellations. The final decision will normally not be made within 24/48 hours of your event, in most cases because weather is out of our hands and changes from hour to hour. We respect your wishes for your event to go on and fully appreciate any frustrations that a cancelled event can bring about, however CAPI/LP would like you to also respect our decisions in this matter which is based on our experience of inclement weather conditions and how those conditions would compromise overall safety of those renting the equipment.
Ultimately if CAPI/LP decides that an event must be cancelled due to weather & safety concerns, we are sorry we cannot refund deposits, however customers who have paid deposits will have 6 months to use the deposit on future rentals, in lieu of deposit refunds.
If weather is questionable, we may (at our discretion) give you the option of setting up your inflatable(s) If you choose to take delivery (in questionable weather), once the item(s) have been set up, and the weather becomes worse to the point that, for safety reasons, CAPI/LP decides the item(s) must be taken down, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ISSUE ANY REFUNDS AND OR CREDITS.
Inclement Weather /Rain policy does not apply to indoor events or rental items that are not effected by weather, and does not apply to weather that is too hot or cold
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THESE SITUATIONS DUE TO WEATHER ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL, AND WE CANNOT CONSIDER ANY REQUEST TO CIRCUMVENT THE INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
