We service just about any type of event, such as large corporate events, school and city events, trade shows, galas, wedding receptions, retirement parties, church events, holiday parties and more. We also do some smaller, private parties at homes, parks or other venues.

Yes, Lets Party’s courteous staff delivers and sets up your rental items. They also ensure each is clean and in good working condition before your event starts. Set up and delivery fees are based on several things, including the number of staff required to service your event, the number of vehicles required to deliver your items and the travel distance to your event. Please call us with your zip code and rental items desired for a more accurate quote.
Yes, Lets Party is insured, and safety is our priority in everything we do. If you have additional insurance needs, such as COI, additional insured endorsements, etc., requests must be received by Lets Party at least 10 days prior to your event. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent Lets Party rental items are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We are happy to provide an advance copy, if needed. We CANNOT set up your rental items until the liability waiver is signed.
We answer phones and email Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm. However, depending on our work load, we frequently respond to email and phone messages up until 8pm. Our website reservations are available 24-7.On weekends we are typically out on jobs and unable to answer phone/email inquiries, but when in doubt, shoot us an email! Your business is important to us and we do our best to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Great question! Most of our repeat customers rebook for their annual events 9-11 months in advance. This ensures they are able to secure the date, time and rental items of their choice. Our best advice is that it’s never too soon to book your event. Naturally, weekends are our busiest times, but we do events 7 days a week. When in doubt, give us a call to see if your desired date is available.

Deposits
CAPI/LP requires a 50% deposit on all contracts, (25% of which is non-refundable) to be paid at time of signing contract.
Please note that contracts are not guaranteed until deposits are received in CAPI/LP office. The balance due, is due by the
day of the event before set-up. If paying by credit card, it must be paid 2/3 days prior to event. Our drivers are unable to run credit cards. Our drivers can accept cash or checks, but checks must have prior authorization.
Please note that if the balance due has not been paid, we will not be able to set up for your event. The only exception to this Balance Due policy is if prior arrangements have been made in writing and agreed upon between both parties at least 7 days prior to the event date. Events scheduled for 7 days or less are to be paid for in full at time of reservation.
STANDARD CANCELLATION , RESCHEDULE POLICY **NOT DUE TO WEATHER**
**NOT DUE TO WEATHER**Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Effective immediately upon the signing of this agreement, twenty-five percent (25%) of the total rental price is non-refundable (for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19 related cancellations or reschedules) Under no circumstance will this twenty-five percent (25%) be refunded or converted into any form of credit. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) of all monies paid will be issued as a CREDIT VOUCHER (rain check) if a customer cancels event in writing 30 days or more prior to event. If cancelled 15-29 days, you will be issued a CREDIT VOUCHER for ALL money paid less 50% cancellation fee, that will be good for 6 months from event date, valid Sunday thru Thursday based on availability, to use on future rentals, in lieu of refunds and is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
If cancelled 14 days or less prior to event date you will forfeit ALL money/deposits paid. CAPI/LP cannot waiver from this policy.
***PLEASE NOTE THAT COSTS INCURRED FOR ANY SPECIAL NEEDS THAT WERE MADE FOR THE CONTRACT, I.E. INSURANCE CERTIFICATES, OUTSIDE SOURCING OR OTHER RELATED ITEMS SPECIFIC TO YOUR CONTRACT THAT WERE DONE IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR ISSUED AS A CREDIT*
Weather Policy
What about rain and wind?
Here at Let’s Party we use common sense when it comes to weather. If it is raining too hard or if the wind is blowing too hard (over 15 mph) we will have to come and take down the activity. Once the unit is set up there are NO REFUNDS due to Mother Nature.
Inclement Weather /Rain Cancellation Policy (does not apply to indoor events or rental items not effected by weather, and does not apply to weather that is too cold or too hot)
Safety is the first and foremost concern for our customers in the use of any equipment provided by CAPI/LP and will always be subject to safe weather conditions. We will do our utmost best to accommodate our customers in the time of questionable weather. CAPI/LP will try to accommodate last minute changes during these inclement weather times, but we deliver throughout the state of California and are not always able to reschedule the delivery for “last minute changes” Or “let’s just wait and see” circumstances.
The management of CAPI/LP will retain sole discretion to determine all final weather-related cancellations. The final decision will normally not be made until 24/48 hours prior to your event, in most cases because weather changes from hour to hour. We respect your wishes for your event to go on and fully appreciate any frustrations that a cancelled event can bring about, however CAPI/LP would like you to also respect our decisions in this matter which is based on our experience of inclement weather conditions and how those conditions would compromise overall safety of those renting the equipment.
Ultimately if CAPI/LP decides that an event must be cancelled due to weather & safety concerns, customers who have paid deposits will be issued a Rain Check/credit voucher for the monies paid to use for up to 6 months on future rentals, in lieu of deposit refunds.
If the weather is questionable, we may (at our discretion) give you the option of setting up your rental item(s). If you choose to take delivery (in questionable weather), once the item(s) have been set up, and the weather becomes worse to the point that, for safety reasons, CAPI/LP decides the item(s) must be taken down, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ISSUE ANY REFUNDS AND OR CREDITS. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THESE SITUATIONS DUE TO WEATHER ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL, AND WE CANNOT CONSIDER ANY REQUEST TO CIRCUMVENT THE INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
