Everything we expected and more: fair price, on time pick up and drop off, courteous face to face interaction, shark bounce house and bubble machine bonus! The neighbors even came by to check out the massively impressive monstrosity in our back yard, although the bubbles might have been the enticement. ***free marketingExpect a bounce hangover in the morning: one happy family!The experience made up for the lackluster customer service on the phone with Cathy. Thank you for honoring the Yelp check in offer, despite the complaint of not finding the time to remove it! Yelp ads really need to be honored or removed from the account. BTW: I think it is a great marketing tool and made this review and the party experience that much better. I never would have considered it otherwise.

Very friendly customer service, showed up on time and ready for action. Only negative is that the inside of the bounce house was a little dirty and looked like it had not been swept out. Found a toothpick and grass clippings. Overall, recommend Cathy’s for future party supply needs.

Our school had a fall festival today and we decided to have a slide on site. We were able to reserve, obtain the required insurance paperwork for PTA and even add a last minute cotton candy machine. We were told they would show up at the school around 8:30am. They got there around 8:35. Bob, the main gentleman I worked with during set up, was very friendly and nice and had a good sense of humor. He advised me that they would be back at the end of our event- 2- and they were. I’ve seen other companies reviews about how the rentals weren’t picked up until late night. Since this was at a school, which had to be locked up, punctuality is very important. The kids enjoyed the slide SO much, that we will be doing business here again in the future! Thank you!!!

Cathy and Jud were great to work with. They communicated with me throughout the rental process and answered all of my questions in a timely matter. Their games were a great hit at our Holiday party. Hi Cathy, I just wanted to let you know how happy we were using your company for our fundraising event. The kids loved the bounce houses and bought ticket after ticket to jump.
